150000 mile service on my 2015 RAV 4 . Dropped it off evening before . All work was done before noon . Car is running noticeably better . Had them check a squeal in my brakes when backing up . Was expecting a big brake job but they just needed cleaning of brake dust buildup . Seem to be a very honest shop .

I like that my car is taken in for service at the appointed time. This time I felt like I was being taken advantage of, especially as I am a woman. I choose to takr my car where I feel comfortable with the people at the desk. I called for service and was told one thing and when I got there I was told another. I cannot explain the reason but was not completely sold on service.

Nothing is hidden - the supervisor will escort you through the work area to your vehicle to talk with the technician who will show your part that needs a new part. If you view the damage and agree to have it replaced the escort will give you a price to replace or repair. Very professional team at Colchester Toyota.

Coulton and the mechanics are fantastic! Went in for a simple oil change and light repair. Mechanic did my usual check everything inspection: my Rav4 is a mobile mouse house, complete with mangled air filters and fecal matter! Same day service: removed mouse house and remnants, disinfected, wrapped wires, replaced air filters, and built wire mouse-repellent cage. Runs much better and, hopefully, the mice will move to a new home.
