I get very nice treatment when I go in for my car's service and I'm accommodated with a car service to bring me home & back to the dealership. The only issue I did have was I didn't feel the tech bothered to throughly explain how much wear I still had on my front brakes. I wasn't comfortable with that so I'll look elsewhere for that service.

They were pretty honest and helpful but I didn't really get a feedback on what I told them was wrong with the car. I know it was a diagnostic but I felt like it wasn't heard. It was quick but I got what I wanted done. For the amount I paid I would think it would be done.

I brought my vehicle in without an appointment, and explained to the service advisor that I just wanted to have a mechanic check the oil level and radiator for a possible leak. They took my vehicle in and had that checked out. Ten minutes later I was out the door.

When I arrived at service I asked if someone could check the automatic tailgate of my brand new truck. I was told that I would need a different appointment as the oil change guys cannot do that work. It s very inconvenient to drive to Clovis and have to make multiple appointments.

The mechanic who was working on the 4Runner. Sent me a video and showed what was leaking. The oil housing was cracked and dripping. He was able to fix it and clean up all the extra oil so it would be good to go and went above and beyond to make it right. Well done.

However, I didn't give five stars because I was told I would receive a call with an update after adding new tires to my oil change, but I never did. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m., and my car wasn't ready until after 5 p.m.

Took my vehicle in for the 30k mileage recommended service. Took a little longer but had some recommended work done in addition to the oil change. All work done in a timely manner. My only issue is that I bought the extended maintenance plan and it was not 100% covered. This was not told to me at time of purchase so it took me by surprise. Still the service from Clovis Toyota was great and I will continue to recommend this dealership.

Upsold me on oil changes (which was ok) but failed to do the work I requested and booked an appointment for. Then didn't call regarding work for which the appointment was made until the upsell work was complete. The reason I made an appointment was to fix the back-up cameras, and they were not fixed. On the phone when making the appointment, I was clear why I wanted to bring my truck in. Very shady.

My service rep kept me informed all along the way. I went in for an oil change because speedee screwed it up the first time I ever tried them. You did great on the oil change but by coincidence the air bag light came on when I picked it up so I had to bring it back the next day. Again my rep explained it to me and had an uber driver to pick me up. I came back and they had taken care of the air bag light and the bumper recall as well.

My Mechanic sent me Video (mid-service), showing me my dirty Cabin Air Filter and my torn Wiper Blade. He also went around all four tires, showing each tire's tread depth measurement (they were all good).
