Absolutely horrible. This was my second visit in a week for them to fix stripped lug nuts, that they stripped. Now I'm going to have to go back because I have two more stripped. I asked them did they check the rest of them when they fixed it. She said no, we just fixed the one, we didn't check the others. This place is an absolute joke. Don't, I repeat do not let them rotate your tires. Also my son had his oil changed the other day, and when he got home, they had left the dip stick hanging out about 6". These guys are morons.

Had appointment for major fuel service at 1PM April 11, 2024. Arrived 1250PM and checked in. At 2PM, I checked progress and my car had not even been taken into the service door. I questioned tech service person "Lacy" and she started making excuses about some new system all were getting used to. I expressed my disappointment as never had this happened before, and I have been going to the Bristol Toyota since 2002. I had her bring my car around from service area.and drove 45miles back home as I had other appointments to keep. I plan on going to another Toyota Dealer. I am very very dissatisfied with Toyota Bristol.
