They did a great job doing everything they could to keep the price low for a major repair that wasn't covered by the warranty. I really appreciate everything they did to fix the problem. My car runs like brand new. Communication could have been a little better but in the end everything worked out well.

Everyone was prompt and very pleasant. I was in and out before I had time to set up my work computer! They explained a lot of things about how the car works, and I even spent 20 minutes with a sale guy who explained all about the remote start, and w set up things on the dash and app the way I want them.

I was less than satisfied with my dealer experience. I was told my car was delivered and ready for me. When I arrived it was obvious key options were missing on the car. It was a full month before my car was completed. During that time I felt the sales staff did a very poor job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle's completion.

However, I got tired of waiting and called on December 30th. When I picked it up, the radio didn't work and the phone wasn't connected at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the phone, so it works now. The radio still only works when it feels like it. I don't feel that I should have to fuss with the radio in a care with fewer than 4000 miles on it. This has been tremendously frustrated and I have been very disappointed in this car.
