He was very cordial, polite and wanted me to know that he was going to also speak with the departments that needed help to ensure better customer service. That spoke volumes. The staff was great and the maintenance performed was fine. My only complaint is the setup of the service department. You drive into service department to check in your vehicle but when my vehicle was ready is was parked outside on one of the coldest and windy days of the year. It would have been nice to get inside my vehicle indoors because I left my coat in the car to wait in the customer lounge.

I will never buy a car anywhere else! This is my second vehicles from South's, and buddy if the don't got what you want, they can get it big time. My Austin had me an AWD Camry exactly in my price range after calling. These people know what they are doing, and they do it WELL!!!

They got us right in to fix the problem. The only drawback was they said it would take about 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours. In their defense, it was almost lunchtime so they probably broke for lunch. We did have excellent help with a young man that helped us navigate the new electronic system and he helped us tremendously!

Appreciated respectful, courteous service. I also thought doing away with requiring odometer reading using website appointment maker, was a good idea. I would prefer service reports being given to me via service agent better than being sent to cellphone since all maintenance reports are kept by me in a logbook.

My experience at Toyota South was outstanding from the time I scheduled my service appointment till the time I drove my serviced vehicle back home. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was explained fully, and I knew the approximate cost from the outset. The waiting area was comfortable, and my vehicle's service took the projected time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the people and the service.

A coupon that I received was an excellent promotion! Loved the $1 battery for my remote. I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership the evening before my scheduled appointment for an oil change, when I returned the following day my vehicle was ready to go and my key fob had a new battery. Keep sending the coupons!
