I like the professionalism and honesty the agency assistants show letting me to know the process of my vehicle service! There wasn't anything that I didn't like, but there wasn't Coffee or any other snak. Maybe it was just that day, but I would like to have at list a Coffee! :)

Everyone seemed grumpy, hardly any greeting and advisor was too busy flirting with other staff members to let us know car was done and the co-workers didn't even say they will be right with you just walked right past me. Small waiting area with no free amenities to compensate.

Horrible service. Have taken my vehicle in 3 times for the same issues and they have yet to be completed. Was told it would be a few hours which turned into a 2 day process, all to be told on the second day that the part was broken. I have never experienced such incompetent service.

I appreciate the Toyota Salinas dealership and especially service department. I bought my 2012 Prius there and always, except once, have my car serviced there. I'm around 220,000 miles and going strong. Justin is the best service adviser I've ever worked with and I trust him, which means a lot.

I liked the good comunication about my car's care. Something that I don't like is the feeling that that I'm bothering if I need transportation back to home, and back to the dealer, while my car is in service. What I would encourage is more empathy! Always friendly, courteous & professional. However , this time around I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I discovered a bunch of partially eaten acorns on top and in crevices of the engine later the same day. Makes a person wonder how well this service was performed.

Really bad service manager left my truck there for one week left my truck there for two weeks one week one week had to go back twice to ride with the mechanics, they saw the problem and the service manager didn't let them continue. He told me I have to go to a different Toyota dealer.

Salinas Toyota was awesome in all aspects! Much better personal care, treatment and service than Victory Toyota in Seaside. I don't plan on using Victory Toyota service ever again if I can help it. I drive the extra miles because the service and response is so much better!

I could make an appointment for the same day I called. The waiting time to start with the service was reasonable. Took about an hour to finish the maintenance service. There is a good waiting area where I could work with my computer while waiting. My car service paperwork was misplaced but eventually they could resolve the situation.

The car shown was not available, which was disappointing, since we had driven to the dealership to test-drive it. The staff person helped me clarify what I want, and we decided to lease to buy a Toyota RAV4 Prime in the same trim as the one I saw online. The car has not come in yet. So far, the dealership has been very helpful.

i got my car serviced for the 10,000-mile service, however my car continues to say i still need to get a service. I'm assuming they forgot to reset the sensor? Just a little annoyed I have to return to the dealership to get my car checked out again.
