The e-mail states that a Maintenance Service Inspection was conducted. The sheet was completely blank.
Also my receipt says that 0W20 was used. When I called back to confirm they said that it was a mistake. That the mechanic notes said that 0W16 was used.

My car was determined to be ready for rear brakes (as expected). It was finished earlier than I expected. The price for service was good. My car gets all the recommended maintenance and being a Toyota, it should last a long time. Current mileage 93,000 and runs like new.

Josh, my service advisor, had me in quickly and used the history on my car and the mileage to determine the needed service. My car was ready earlier than expected which was nice. I paid by debit card to avoid the 3% fee for credit cards. I was glad to see my inspection sheet so I could mentally prepare for my next service. He accepted and used the coupon I brought, much appreciated.

Made a last minute maintenance appointment by phone call. Was able to be seen in 10 minutes no problem. Lobby area was clean, desk guys were friendly. Wait time was as expected. El chain Toyota wasn't going to have an appointment for another week or so. So glad Santee was able to squeeze me in right away.
