They have taken over a month to pay off my previous loan, I spoke with manager and was supposed to get call back to get that situated, they were supposed to call and set up ceramic coating that was purchased at buy still have not done that either, disappointing overall don't understand what is taking them so long to get simple things done

I like these folks, I really do. But I would suggest next time when you have my car for an extended period you at least wash it. Apparently it sat outside under a tree and when I got it back it was filthy. While not a Mclaran, it is still is a nice car. Other than that good job

Ive been driving and having my cars services for almost 50 years, without a doubt the set ice team at Toy Barn is the best Ive ever dealt with, and not by a little by a lot. If you live in the Dublin area, or anywhere in Columbus dont think they only service the high end Lamborghinis and Ferraris they sell, they service all cars from my Corvette, to my wifes HHR to my all original 1930 Ford Model A.

Paid $17500 for 2005 BMW 645 Ci. Had it 2 weeks, replaced tires with 4 new Continentals, staggered set to match originals. Took the car back, they gave me $12,000 and now have it listed for $17,500. I had the car inspected by 2 separate BMW specialists and their perfect car needs $5,000 in repairs/maintenance. Be ware when dealing with the Toy Barn.

This is a used car lot. (The picture shows big scratches in the driver seat. TB: "that's sun glare in the photo. Here's a better photo." PICTURE: new picture shows deep scratches sanded and colored black.) They want to get you in the door by hook or crook.

Without an appointment I took the car in for power steering noise when cold. They keep the car over night to make the diagnosis and ordered an new power steering pump and lines. The car was repaired for the quoted price, in reasonable time and returned clean.

The Toy Barn shop did an excellent job of matching paint and body work on a prior ding I had repaired when purchasing how ever I was disappointed in spending $121. for a front license plate bracket from GM because there was none and Ohio requires one. Inquired about a vehicle online with no photos. Salesman said they didn't have the car there yet which is why there are no photos. They somehow priced the car however without seeing it. The next day they raised the price of the car still with it not on their property. So if the car is priced without it being there yet you can guarantee when it does actually arrive it won't be gone over. Just sold no matter what is wrong with it. On They price it with out seeing it knowing they won't be fixing any issues on it. Turn and burn.
