Went in with a flat tire. Was told it would be an hour and a half before they could even look at it. I had an appointment back in my town. So I went in the parking lot and put the spare on in the heat heat while employees walked out and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. I will not do business with Scott Clark Toyota ever again. And by the way, I am not a complaining person.

Customer service was poor, they share what needs to be done via a portal which you approve/not. They mark everything as "critical" and base it off mileage rather than looking at the car history if first time here so you could easily do things you don't need. Outrageously expensive (compared to what Mazda charges). Left a piece off of my car, just sitting on my floor board, that made me return for them to fix.

The service is always excellent, but it was a long wait on a Saturday. They said it was because they didn't have enough technicians, which is kind of odd because youwould think that the way that they stack appointments that they would have enough technicians there.

Good: Gave me a discount on parts and on labor (after I asked). Ran through car wash (after I asked). Were super friendly. Less good: Scratched panels, improperly installed pieces, failed to reconnect switches, broke clips, left items strewn about the cab.
