I was told last oil change I would need a back brake job this time nothing wrong with brakes ! Now after 23 thousand miles told I need tires! Uniroyal warranty of 60 thousand so I can replace with a 45 percent discount but I have to pay dealership full price ! Then I have to apply for refund !

The CEO hides behind the sales lady. Each time we negotiated a price, she needed to get with him and then get back to me. The CEO then play the same trick and I was told the "owner" of the vehicle is not agreeing. It was a lot of wasted time and effort.

I brought my car in after work because the radiator fan would not cut off & was draining my battery. They called me the next morning with a diagnosis of my problem (a bad relay). They replaced it in a few hours and gave me a shuttle ride back & forth to my house. Great service!!

What I liked was the convenience of dropping vehicle off and getting signed in quickly. What I didn't like was I feel like I was overcharged for extra oil they said my truck needed. I have a 6 cylinder f150 and I was told it held 7 quarts of oil. Vehicle only holds 5 quarts. I asked other cord service managers and all agreed even with the oil filter, it would not hold 7 quarts. I feel they they took advantage of me and how many others?

It was good, however, asked to have cabin air filter changed, assosciate working the counter made the decision not to change the filter, without showing me...said it doesn't need replacing yet, but ford says every 10k to 15k miles

Terrible.....,....... Test drove a 2018 Ford Focus with the salesman car killed 3 times in front of the Dealership.We almost left it in the Highway.Then he was suppose to put it in the shop and get back with me. The service is way too expensive then they don't fix the car right they messed up my motor and expect me to be happy about it so energy country I'm very disappointed and there is one recall after another my car is more in the shop than with me that car is a lemon I will never ever buy another fort and I advise my friends not to buy Ford either

This time on January 9, 5 quarts was used and I paid an arm and legs for having it change. Not satisfied with the service on January 9, 2024., not at all. Talked about business in front of customers I now know how they operate on commission how much they must make a day! How they SUGGEST needs of the vehicle on that visit! How under staffed who was fired who is getting fired for stealing ! Who does a better job in shop (meaning faster) not efficient! The staff has been changed and not for the better! Very unprofessional! Taking personal calls for chit chat ! The list could go on !
