I brought my Jeep into the Service Center at 9:00am. I was told they would need it for half a day for an oil change, tire rotation and air fitter replacements. However, it was not ready for pickup until near closing time at 5:30pm. Also, the final cost was about $60 more than the original estimate when sales tax is subtracted from the total. However, with that said, I believe they serviced my vehicle adequately.

Outstanding customer service. The service technicians are also proficient, efficient & qualified. They even get the tire pressure right & clock the tires correctly on the dually unlike a major tire retailer. The technician even pulled my truck outside the service door for my convenience when done with a smile.

Excellent knowledgable service. Whenever I have complex questions re. the Cummins, they know exactly what I want to know &/or find the answer ASAP. They have bended over backwards to accommodate me including the Service Manager personally taking me to the barber while I was waiting for service. FIVE STAR all the way!
