This is the second time I've had my vehicle serviced at Top Auto and they always do a bang up job. They also beat the prices of three other places for the same services. They also work so quickly and efficiently that I had my car back the next day.

Very effective and efficient in their work. Did the overall inspection of the vehicle and sent a very detailed and comprehensive chart of the overall car health outlining what needs to be looked at, etc. Jonathan (the owner) and Alex (one of the mechanics) are great sociable and skilled guys eager to help. Definitely going back there again!

After feeling like my previous mechanic rushed through inspections and repairs on our vehicles, and we still had small issues, Top Auto took time on our van and actually fixed all the issues. He also took time to investigate a sound I was worried about and explained what it was and why it is normal and NOT a worry. My previous mechanic told me it WAS a worry. Top Auto is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand, without making me feel clueless or rushed. I really appreciated how thorough they were, checking everything carefully and making sure nothing was overlooked. It gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in good hands. What stood out the most was their transparency. They walked me through the repairs, showed me what needed attention, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. That level of honesty is hard to find! I would recommend them to anyone!
