According to service records on 6/9/17 the brakes were checked. Hmm...the brake pads on the front inner passenger side were completely gone in November and rotor had to be replaced!!!!!

We told them our issue, but they basically said it was in our head. Another mechanic, not Ford related, independent found the issue of excessive vibration. Engine mounts had been loosened.
