The people were so very nice and helpful. Bobbi (Svc Advisor) helped me get the regularly scheduled maintenance done, as well as additional items covered under warranty. We are full-time RVers and were in the area when we needed to get the service done. Ray (front end maintenance tech) figured out what was making noise in my truck's right front wheel well, when a different Ford dealership had previously been unable to do so. Highly recommend Tomball Ford if you need service/ maintenance work done and are in that area.

Diagnosis took way longer than the specified time. I had an appointment, but the service person assigned to my vehicle went to lunch at that time and a lady at the desk wrote up my concerns. The concerns were written inaccurately. Also, ommunication lagged and I primarily got updates when I reached out first to ask questions. Some questions had to be asked more than once to get a response. The assigned service person said that he would arrange a rental car. A few days later, a lady in service said that she would have the person who arranges rentals to call me. To this day, no response. I had to do all of that on my own, even though they promised. My mistake was going to a recognizable name brand without actually checking them out. Once I received such terrible service, I then realized that Tomball Ford has low ratings in general and with the Better Business Bureau. Beware. I would not recommend.

I've always been impressed with Tomball ford this time I took my truck in as usually I had friendly service. I was told what was wrong but found the price to replace a hose was going to cost over $1000, I came to pick my truck I felt that was way to expensive. When I got the diagnostic bill I paid the $175 but did not get any information of the diagnosis or the brake down of the bill. I realized they did not give me this so I went back. They could not find anything it took them 20 minutes and then just gave me a hand written break down of the bill. The labor for replacing the hose was over $600. I was able to buy the hose from the parts department. Then took it to a mechanic's shop. And had installed for $60 it took 30 minutes to replace it. I am very disappointed with Tomball ford. I feel they are trying to take advantage of me. I'm not sure if I will go back. I am very disappointed!!!

Had my car for aboit 5 weeks and still no idea why coolantvis vanishing?? Fordpass showed me my car wasn't started and disconnected from car. Can't help think it was a waiting game as we were urged by advisor to trade in the car. We picked it up only to find the service engine light was on and firdpass showed a sensor issue. REALLY? 5 weeks there and no one could see and mention that?? We had to check it back in for repair. After repair, we bought a GMC!
