Loved that I didn't have to wait at all my Armada was put right in for an oil and filter change tire rotation as soon as I arrived and I was done within the hour loved it.. all though I kind of remember free tire rotation with life of the tires if purchased at the dealer which I did .. but stuff is super nice and facility is very clean. So i recommend stopping in to Tom hesser nissan for service thank you

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I was scheduled to have 2 recalls completed on my car. The physical one ( add a fuel line sleeve) was completed in no time. Awesome work. The computer update for rear camera could not be completed. They tried 4 times and it would not download. So now I have to schedule another appointment, take time off of work, and hopefully it will download on the second try.

I worked with John and I had a lot of questions about things and he explained them to me and he also told me I had kind of, I guess ,a minor recall and he said that he would get that done the same day, which he did. They welcome pets.

I always go tom hessar for service. It's always a good experience. The last visit was good but I did ask for my tires to be rotated with my oil change and that wasn't done. I was told my tires were OK. I do need them rotated and now have to go to a separate place for this service.

Went in to have a tire replaced that had a cut in it. They ordered the tire and installed it the next day. The tire was under road hazard warranty and was honored without question. They fixed 1 part for 3600 dollars the light came back on instantly and they charged me more money to rediagnose a problem they created i would never take my car back to then id drive to a different state before going back to them! Plus i called a different mechanic about the problem now and they told me to bring it to them that i most lilely dont need a new hybrid battery i just feel so screwed over right now its gross

It was easy to make an appointment and I got in very quickly. The part I did not like is the pressure to have to buy tires at their facility when they were extremely pricey and out of my price range and I felt like I was doing something wrong when I told them I wanted to check out other places.

Everything excellent. A note that might help others: When a customer brings a car for inspection and they've driven less than 5000 miles for the year, there should be a sign or some notification that they need to tell the service desk about this prior to their service. I had always assumed that prior year's mileage was noted, but apparently not.
