The required service was done in a timely manner and completed appropriately. However, they tell you that they clean and vacuum the car at every service and they did not. They never do. Pretty sad when you pay $75,000 for a car.

My vet was repaired perfectly and in a timely matter. The girls who make all arrangements did an excellent job , my part came in last November and the vet was put away for winter . Spring came and I went and they made appointment in dry weather conditions they know the vet , being a 2008 model was never driven in wet conditions. Great people and workmanship.

the service is very. very good. every one is so friendly and helpful. if I have a 9;oo appointment the car is always taken in on time. service is fast and always done correct. Tammy is doing a great job, she is very busy, but always has time to explain what is going to be done. If there's a problem with the car she will come to me and explain what needs to be done.. She goood.

I went in for service to have a recall performed on my elderly mother's X3. I was told it would take about an hour. It took 2 hours. Her vehicle was dirty upon arrival and when the recall was completed, the vehicle was returned to me in the same condition, dirty. The paperwork said the vehicle had been washed and vacuumed, however, that did not happen.

Greeted me on time, knew all about my vehicle, reminded me the inspection was due, told me all services would take 90 minutes, it was exactly 90 minutes. Nice waiting area (although could be more comfortable chairs) and good coffee. Very pleased. Would liked to have the free car wash but they said they had no help. Suggest giving out vouchers for a car wash elsewhere.

Took my Impala to Hesser's for a yearly inspection, and a yearly smog check. I also asked them to check the tire pressure notification. On the screen it reads low on the left front tire when it's actually the left rear tire that's low. They took care of everything.
