Unfortunately horrible. I complained directly to management at Tom Bell dealership. This is my 4th time receiving poor service and poor feedback from their customer service team regarding my brand new C8 Corvette. All I received was an apology and told verbally that they wanted to "make it right", however nothing was done. I did not receive my vehicle back with pike change and filter completed after keeping my car and saying it was ready for pickup until I arrived and it was AGAIN not ready! I received service AFTER I asked for my keys and stated I was upset and leaving.
I dread having to get my car serviced as this keeps happening to ME! and all I receive from the dealership is a half "$&&"apology.

Liked someone checked me in right away.
Did not like I was not contacted on status of work. I had to make the phone call each time. My car had to go to two different departments, I was not notified of when one department finished.
When car was completed for the middle seat problem, I asked to be shown how the seat worked, the person was not ver knowledgeable. I will have to go on line maybe watch a video to see if all the issues were resoved

Tom Bell had my vehicle multiple times, trying to find someway to repair a problem. Had it taken to Tom Bell when it wouldn't start on morning, they eventually said it was repaired and I picked it up. Two weeks later, same problem again, they eventually said it was repaired and I picked it up. Two weeks later, same problem again, they eventually said it was repaired and I picked it up. I'm hoping that they don't have to pick it up again.
