My brakes were not done right the first time. I had to take my car back to the dealership, so they can fix the issue. Every time I step on the brakes, my car pulsates badly... and still does after they told me that they fixed it.

Miss the mechanic breakdown sheet on items being checked (battery, tires, etc;) and status of those items (red, yellow or green) but service I received was good. Desk staff was friendly but could smile more.
