Dealer was respectful but the annoying part of the experience was in order to finalize the paperwork I would have to go to another location because they couldnt do it at the dealership. And their answering service machine message was crude and distasteful. In order to get in touch with someone at their office you would have to contact a salesman leave a text message and wait hours before they returned your call.
