Excellent technicians that I trust to service, maintain and repair my BMWs. I have a "luv affair" with my classic E38 & E46 BMWs and TITAN treats them and me with great respect. I also appreciate their Castle Rock location, it save me from having to travel into Denver.

Fast Friendly Service. Was unable to make appt because battery was suddenly dead. We jumped car and drove to Titan Auto Tech and they were able to replace battery before the end of the day (and before incoming snow storm).

They left the car with low oil, the light came on during the drive home, it was 1 qt low after an oil service. Also they did not change the diff fluid which is why I brough the car in for service in the first place.

I only needed a battery. Normally I would just replace one myself but with BMW's you need to "register " the battery to the car. This is so the alternator doesn't overcharge the battery causing it to fail prematurely. It was an easy repair that went fine while I waited.

My battery died and they had me come in the same day to do a diagnostic check on it. Needed a replacement and oil change, asked them to look over my suv since I may be going on a road trip, they checked it out and all was good. They replaced the battery, changed the oil, topped off the air in my tires and changed my battery in my fob. Awesome service and the young man I dealt with was very nice. It's my go to shop.

technician and knows more than the technicians at the local dealerships. I had a check engine light issue and Titan diagnosed it for free (Schomp wants $189 for this), and found the problem. While he could fix the problem for a fee, he told me it was a problem that was under warranty/recall by BMW, and that I should go to a dealership and they would do it for free. WHO DOES THIS? He turned down business just to be honest. GO TO TITAN!!

Mechanic Chris usually works on my cars. One car is a rare 1991 850-I BMW. Chris is a meticulous mechanic that is very knowledgeable on my unique VEHICLE. He is a rare find to know my particular vehicle and others SO well. Tonya the new front desk and Customer service representative is absolutely wonderful. She will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. I highly recommend Titan Auto after 50 years of using many Auto repair facilities.
