The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I stopped by there several times with tire problems and they solved every one, mostly for free. I knew I wanted to buy tires from them. It took a couple of years before I needed new tires, but I bought new tires for both cars, this year, for the second car just this week. Their prices are fair and competive and their service spectacular. If I still live in Houston in three or four years, I will buy tires for both cars from Tires by Design.
