Needed new tires, plus alignment. Got a great quote online and setup the appointment via email. Dropped my truck off early and got a call a little after the appointment time saying was ready. The total was less that quoted because the alignment was spot on so there was only a alignment check charge, saved me $60.00! Integrity and honesty are hard to come by these days, Tire Tracks still has it!

I always get top notch service at Tire Tracks. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I buy tires (new and used) only at Tire Tracks. Their customer service people on the phone and in the office are always very helpful and courteous and seem to really appreciate people's business and take the time to explain things. The people were nice enough, but the work done wasn't spectacular. I had to return the car immediately after I left because of two careless mistakes. There were still problems afterwards that I was told were going to be fixed. Ultimately, I took my car to the sister shop in Rogers to fix the problems it had after coming to the Springdale shop.

Everyone was very nice. They had an area set up outside in the shade or customers to sit. It was quite nice actually, and the seats were spaced very well for social distancing. They had me pull in my own car when it was my turn as additional precaution, and then pull it back out when they were done. I'm very happy with Tire Tracks and will definitely be returning in the future.
