I arrived at 8:45am and out by 10:30am. The waiting room is always clean and coffee stocked. The people at the front desk are knowledgeable about tires and car repairs. They took care my tire rotation. I will always bring my business to Howell Mill road store.

Communication once the establishment gave me my quote for break work was horrible. Was quoted time of two hours to finish the job but they received defective parts which is cool but I was never updated on this so when u got to the establishment (6 hours after drop-off) I still had to wait an additional almost two hours. Then after driving my car for a while I started hearing a grinding noise but it was too late to take it back bc the shop closed. Took it back that Monday and found out the issue was because they messed up some dust guard. Overall horrible experience.
