It took 2 days for new tires and 5 Fluid Service: Brake Fluid, Power Steering, Coolant, Transmission, & Fuel System Service. I thought that was a bit long. I was told different reasons for the delays by different people. Kind of hard to have trust when workers can't keep their stories straight. The end result seems fine.

First, I received an email confirming my appointment and how long it would take to complete the job. - 1 hour to put on the four new tires and 30 minutes for the alignment. Battery test and preventative maintenance analysis within my allotted appointment time. Like clockwork, I was out with a few minutes to spare. I appreciate the team at Tire Discounter on Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville.

Excellent customer service. They fit me in last minute, gave me a discount, mounted tires that I provided, checked my alignment for free, followed specific instructions, and didnt push extra services on me. Thorough and not focused on unnecessary work. Honest and trustworthy. Im a first time customer who will become a repeat customer.

They messed up my car. I brought my car in sept 23 and still don't have my car fixed they damaged my vehicle and had me pay 2400 for a car that still wasn't finished, they took the car to BMW to fix what they destroyed and turned it over to their insurance company now they wanna total my car because it cost more then the ACV, well of course it would they messed it up so yes the dealership will charge more fixing there negligence, they lied and said my car wasn't ready when it wasn't they had already damaged my vehicle by than. Very dishonest and unprofessional service. Took advantage of my patience they took my money knowing they messed my car up. Yes I'll be fighting this. GOD is on my side I'll cooperate will definitely know my name when this is over I promise
