I waited 2 hours from the time I got my car there, the 2 hours wasn't the biggest issue but no one never followed up to tell me my tire had a nail in it. I was charged $39 for them removing it, which they waived this fee after I explained to them the lack of professionalism this was to not report to me this issue before repairing it. Price was excessive!

None of my fluids were topped off, as advertised in the pricing list. My tires weren't rotated but was advised it was safer to keep them the way the are. Extremely friendly playful and seemed to be a joy to work around!

Spent 4 hours driving to and from for an alignment that was not performed the first time after buying new tires. 2nd appointment was not saved within the system do to employee inability to schedule the appointment properly. No compensation was received from this location after spending money and unnecessary time on my part for them to complete a job the first time. I do not recommend this location.

Unfortunately, I did not take names but the service was great. I hit something on 65S just north of the Merriville exit. I went in to store & they took care of me. They even reached out my tire warranty holder and made sure my warranty was executed. Very busy place.

Dropped off my vehicle and 4 wheel alignment performed while I did some shopping at a box store in the same parking lot. It took about an hour and was reasonably priced. Only minor issue was the gentleman who rang up my bill spelled my name wrong so I was unable to use Affirms pay over time feature. Other than that everything was good. I would definitely go back to this shop for service.

First time at this tire dealer. Wasn't bad at all! It was September '21 and you have to remember that staffing is short. I still had all four tires replaced and an alignment and I was out of there in roughly an hour and half. So don't set your expectations high on speed these guys are doing the best they can!

Christopher was my sales rep. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time (even though it was near closing) to answer my many questions and ultimately I purchase a whole set of tires. Service Techs were quick and efficient. Big Kudos to that team as well!

I am frustrated with the repeated issues I've experienced at the Lawrence, Indiana, location. My most recent appointment on December 16, was mishandled in several ways that I believe require your attention:
1. Improper Alignment Setup
The alignment was performed while one side of my truck had tire pressure 910 lbs lower than the other. This is unacceptable and undermines the accuracy of the service.
2. Improper Handling of Lug Nuts
The technician pounded on the socket wrench to remove the lug nuts and then reused them rather than offering replacements. This raises concerns about both safety and service standards. It is amazing that your technicians don't own an oversized socket or offer to sell me new nuts.
3. Failure to Honor Scheduled Appointment
Despite having a 9:00 AM appointment, work did not begin until 9:40 AM and was not completed until approximately 11:50 AM. The services performed tire rotation, balance, alignment, and oil change should not have required nearly three hours, especially with a scheduled time with a wait in the lounge area..
4. Additionally, your manager, At Lawerence, was requested to have the area manager call, but that hasn't happened either.
This is not the first time I've had problems at this location, and I am extremely dissatisfied. I expect higher standards of professionalism, efficiency, and care. Please let me know how you intend to address these issues and ensure they do not happen again. Or is it time to look for a new vendor?

I scheduled an appointment for my free alignment at 11:00 A.M. on a Friday. My vehicle was not pulled into the garage until nearly an hour later as I sat in the waiting room. When I went to get my key, the employee said that my free alignment coupon had already been used? This was not the case, so their system was incorrect. I showed him the paperwork they had provided me the last time I was there (and purchased 4 new tires). I was out by 1:00 P.M.

Why do they offer when you buy tires; rotation, alignment and stuff. But when you go in they come up with so many excuses and on top of that they get mad and give you attitude. Also they have you waiting for hours when cars come after you and leave first. Then they wanna come back and say all done. But don't do the job. For rotation I mark my tires just to make sure they actually rotate them and some how they come back and say all done and the tires are in the same spot you came in with.
