Excellent quick service. But what really impressed me was an older woman came in said she needed air in one of her tires. The counter man immediately told her to go to bay 2 and they'd check it for her. No charge discussed. Just a neighborhood tire store helping out a woman with a low tire. In 5 minutes she was on her way. No charge.

Everything went well and they finished the repairs and service issues in a timely manner. Although, l feel they could have paid a little more attention to the details, i.e., the position of the steering wheel during the alignment and leaving white sku stickers visible on black-on-black wheels/tires.

I have a lifetime contract for, 4 wheel rotation and balance. They rotated all four. But only balanced the two that went on the front. I watched because they did not balance any on the previous visit 5k miles ago. They knowingly violated my contract. I am thru with them.

Not impressed at all, made an appointment, that wasn't saved, told I could wait for work to be done, shouldn't be long, then when I got there was told we will call you when its done should be a least two hours, for a simple oil change? Then I ask them to check my wipers, I was told at completion oh I didn't do the work so I have no idea if they checked

I had to take my car back after driving to Fairfield mall because my tires PSI was filled over capacity up to 45 on the front tires and back tires PSI was on 38 and 36 then one of their techs forgot to reset and one could not count 10% and gave me $2 out of the cash drawer for 10% off hahaha. Where do they get these employees from. It's okay I'll get my other 2 tires from somewhere else.
