Went to tire discounters because I didn't have no brake lights!!! When I got there every bay had a car in it, and I was told it would be a while. I had no choice to wait because I had no brake lights!!! Over all it took about 25-20 mins and I was on my way with brake lights!!

I called to schedule an appointment on one day and was able to get in the next day. I was only going to get two tires but decided to replace all four per the manufacturer's suggestion. I had been previously advised that I would need to replace all four by winter. The service was prompt and professional.

The experience is not good at all. They reported the odometer reading wrong. They took more time what they said for the maintenance. They have not helped with Tire Discounters payment rebate. They ripped me by doing unnecessary maintenance.

From the cashier to the mechanics they were all good. My car rides so smooth with 4 new tires, a wheel alignment, and a free oil change for future. I was excited they took care of my baby so well.

never quite trust that what they say is "needed" really is. They always seem to "find" things that are difficult to prove I don't need - e.g., alignment, over-priced wiper blades, etc. With persistence and caution about being overcharged, I think I end up with reasonable service at reasonable cost, but it takes more effort than it should to keep checking what they say.

Bought the convenience package because they were really pushing it and the skip the shop would have been a benefit. Received an email reminding me to use it. Call to schedule and they tell me they no longer do it. Thats ridiculous and should be honored on both cars we bought it for. Been a customer for many years. Time to find a new shop

Left my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my car would be ready by a certain time and it was ready before the time given. These guys do the job well, remember me by visits which arent overly frequent but feels good to be remembered and efficient. My preferred tire spot. Only complaint which may have happened last time is when the new tires are outfitted, that residue left should be cleaned by the shop. Its hard to remove and looks very tacky for the cost. Not a major point but itd be nice to have that serviced before return.

This location has the best people. They always let you know what was done and if there are any issues that may be coming up.
They work with you on time and finances in that if something needs done but the finances are an issue, they share their credit plan and/or tell you how much time you have until issue must be done by to not cause worse problems. They understand people.

They honored my tire purchase with the free alignment at a later date. That is always appreciated. Customer service there could be worked on, Ive never felt welcome there but the location is convenient. I haven't had issues with my tire/alignment services done here so I can recommend them for that.

Staff was very courteous. I had to leave my car and I was impressed that they offer transportation to my house and back to the shop when the work was done. And for FREE !!.
