The service is reliable. I trust their judgement and care of my car. I've gone to the Cold Spring store for years with the exception of going to the dealer while the car received free service shen it was new.
Their prices are resonable as well. The guys are freindlt.

Had low tire pressure warning, stopped at Latonia Tire Discounter bec closer. She put air in all my tires. 2 days later low tire msg again. So went to Tire D in Cold Springs on Thurs. They were backed up with work, he offered me a 9:30 appt on Fri. went in was a nail in my tire, fixed and no more messages.

Staff conducted themselves in a professional matter, communicated an objective assessment with a complimentary explanation. Completed resolution of a blown out tire, without distressing consumer. My tires were replaced in less then 30 minutes, just before closing, the staff could have turned me away.

Dropped car off for a repair (large bolt puncture) at 5pm and waited, didn't get out until almost 7pm (2hrs). Seems like they might have overbooked. Last time I had an impromptu tire repair there a couple years ago, was only a 45m wait. Otherwise, the repair has thus far been perfect, with no complaints aside from the length of time for the repair.

Didn't like the wait. Why make appointments if they can't be kept? Wait was 1 hour before they took the car in to rotate my tires.
On the positive, waiting room is comfortable, and drinking water is available.
