I took my car in for an oil change. Scheduled on a Monday, only to have them call & cancel due to the mechanic calling in sick. They rescheduled me to that Tuesday. I left work early to make this appointment. I dropped my vehicle off & was told they would call when it was ready. I never received a phone call, so I went to the store a half hour before they closed. When I arrived I was told that they didn't get to my oil change because the mechanic had a "big job". They did offer to do my oil change for free the following week. I feel this something they should have known when I dropped off my car. I made the mistake of going somewhere other than the dealership.
