Do NOT use Auto Tire Choice. They did NOT honor their online (from their website) advertised tire prices. We have been trying for over 6 weeks to resolve the overcharge, and they have promised us (at least 8 times) that a service manager will call us back, and we have NEVER received a call from them. It is not a reputable company.

Friendly. I went and ordered tires on a Friday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. They told me to confirm my appointment on Monday which I did. Got there Tuesday morning and they didn't have my tires!!! It's a tire store and they knew what kind of tires I ordered. Had to wait an hour for tires to be delivered! !!

Thank you for getting us in so quickly! We were driving from Oklahoma to Michigan and had a flat tire hit us going through St. Louis. Just before that my two year old daughter got sick in her car seat so it was a very stressful situation. You all were very quick, friendly and helpful and I couldn't be more appreciative! The worst experience... I schedule an appointment online for that afternoon after work. I receive a call that they cannot do the appointment and refer me to another store. 5 PM. I go to the store before 5 Pm and was told. Oh we didn't have that confirmed. Can you come back in the morning. So I did. I get 2 calls a hour or so later they cannot unlock my wheels. If we cannot make it work. We will let you know. I go to pick up my car about 5:30 that afternoon. They had broke one of my wheel locks. He said oh sorry, not offering anything to me. But charged me for 4 new lug nuts. I said you didn't call me about not finding the lock. I asked for the 3 back that were not broken. Then it took over an hour to close out my order with them. He kept stating he was new and could not get the checkout process to work. Called multiple stores and asked me to have a seat. I waited 45 minutes of that hour and he did not communicate with me.
Gave me a little discount. But for having to come back from the day before and then waiting over an hour to checkout. My time is worth more than a little discount. I stated I would not come back.
I will not go back. Bad business.
