Quick and polite service. Don't like that they use an answering service now, you can't talk to the shop staff. I wanted to call and ask if my tires arrived but couldn't get put through to the store. Not a good idea to use that service.

I made an appointment on line. They worked on my tire very quickly and patched a nail hold. It was fast and easy. I replaced all my tires with this company in the past and they're very fair, IMO.

I had a slow air pressure leak in my right rear tire. This shop took me in as a walk-in, fixed my tire with a vulcanized patch for a very reasonable price and called me upon completion. Smooth easy transaction.

Personnel at the shop were friendly and cooperative, and were able to accomodate my request to perform a 10,000 mile scheduled mainentance, along with the oil change I had originally requested. The work was done promptly and and the pickup was smooth and easy.

Car battery died unexpectedly. Triple A came and jump started it but couldnt replace the battery due to excessive corrosion had eaten away the bolts on the old battery. Called Tire Choice in Manteo and the young man said they had the battery I needed and new cables as well. Dropping the car off and within a few hours the car was back on the road.

Your customer service department needs some training. The tech and front desk person was very unprofessional, they had the worst attitude. If they don't like their job then maybe they need to look else where, or uf they are having a bad day they don't need to show it. I will spend my money somewhere else.
