I had a fantastic experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Downtown Hampton. Va. Their customer service is excellent! Anthony, one of the store managers was the best. He got a new set of tires ordered for me and had them in next day. He called when they came in and schedule a time for me to come in and have the installation done. I could not be more pleased with this shop and the overall service I received.

Michele and the whole Tire team helped me get my 2001 Mazda Miata back on the road after I damaged my front Rim in an accident. They quickly located a replacment rim and had the tire fixed in a couple of hours!! Great work, guys!! Thank you!! I'll be back!

The people in Tire Choice were wonderful. The facility is clean and welcoming. My only complaint is with Monro the owning company -- workers deserve holidays, why is the facility open on both Memorial Day and now 4th of July? I was seriously considering going to another tire installation place based on that alone but I didn't purely because the local people are so nice. I will have to reconsider when I need tires the next time.

Michelle, the service manager, was very helpful and got me great new Continental Performance tires for a great price! Now, my little car has new shoes!! I researched all the tire companies in the area and Tire Choice proved to be so professional in their customer service and auto tire quality service. I will be coming back here in the future.

I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center on South Armistead Avenue in Hampton, Va. Jaclyn Labarre and her staff were welcoming and very helpful. They listened to my concerns and performed the necessary services in a professional and satisfactory manner. I liked that they provided a checklist of their courtesy inspection and recommended repairs.

We enjoyed our exhange with our appointed salesperson. She was informative and patient, walking us through the possible choices available to us. We were so impressed we decided before leaving without a car that we would definitely return Sunday to buy what she was able to get for us to test drive.
