Very disappointed. I brought the car in because the alternator light was on. They told me it was most likely the battery. Pick up the car, the alternator light is still on and they did not even check it. So I have a new battery and a car I can not drive until I do another expense repair. They just lost loyal customers.

Scheduled for an alignment and rotation. They brought my vehicle back out, I paid for the services and went to leave but I realized before leaving they had not rotated the tires so they brought my vehicle back into the bay and finished the job. Glad I caught it before leaving.

Did not have the tire I needed in stock at that store, so checked other stores.
They found it and went and got and replaced my current tire that was damaged by a nail close to the sidewall. Very competent and courteous staff.

I was very pleased with the morning staff at Tire Choice for the ultimate service that was finally provided me, by and from the advice they shared and discussed with me on the potential service issues I was facing, regarding a suspected tire issue.
