Jim is a very honest person .Not like the Mr Tire place on Warrenville Ctr road called themselves making repairs that didn't last two weeks and then added on a new fan nothing covered by Car/Auto shield . Who referred me to the Mr Tire place twice . From 9/20-the second picking up of my car on 10/06/23 I paid almost $1700 . Jim on the other hand was very honest .

called 1st to confirm my appointment for that day which was NOT on the schedule but Dave was nice enough to put me on the schedule. Needed a filter they did not have that had to be order to be put on this Friday. Thank God I called AGAIN to confirm my appointment which WAS NOT on the schedule and the part was not order. I forgot who I spoke w/today but he ordered my part and put me on the schedule for this Friday so we will see what happens Friday :)

Let me start by Thanking them for the services they provided. It was about 530pm when I call and was told to bring my car in. My problem was I could not get a cap off my tire, it was stuck on and my tire light was on because the tire pressure was low the night before I drove the car to work the next day thinking I will call the dealership and take it to them. I called the dealership earlier that day and they couldn't promise that they would be able to get me in told me to call back later when I did they said they could not get me and that the next day I could bring it in but they would have to try to squeeze it in due to scheduled appointment. I start calling around because after all it's a cap stuck on shops have tools for this. I call one shop and she said bring it in we will see what we can do but I only have one mechanic but I can maybe fit you in tomorrow about 9am. I call Tire Choice and explained the problem to the person on the phone he said I only have one mechanic on but bring it down and I will see what we can do for you. When I got there he got my car in look at it and said the only way I would not be able to get to this done tonight is if I don't have the part, he would check his inventory, if not he would get it first thing the next morning. To my luck he had the part, during the process they encountered another minor problem and was able to fix that as well the reason they get 5 stars, because they closed at 7pm. I got there a close to 6pm, they were willing to stay as long as they had to finish my car and were very professional from the time walking in the door until I left well after 8pm. At that time of night most places would have turned me away and told me to come back in the morning. Due to their willingness to go above and beyond, I did not have to take off the next day. Thank you I would recommend them to anyone before going to the dealership.
