Where do I begin? This was a total JOKE! they told me my transmission needed to be replaced. After having another dealer look at it. That is not what was wrong AT ALL! They misplaced my keys, never made a claim to ford warranty, and demanded I pay the rental fee. I wouldn't have my bicycle serviced there. Horrible management, horrible customer service.
