I like the employees from Tillery they are always very efficient. Amber Chavez took care of everything let us know what was done and what would be needed next for my car the next time I come in. I like the fact that they email me or call me and remind me that service is needed on my car. Sometimes I get busy and forget.

Service was done well but it did take really longer than usual to complete the work. I waited 2 hours for just an oil change service. The service department entrance is also not handicap accessible. I use a walker now and had a really hard time getting in the door. Overall the service was good they just seemed to be off their game this time so I took of just one star for the wait time and poor accessibility.

There was no updates or communication for 3 weeks, unless I called. My car was not even looked at for a week even though I took it in with a diagnostic appt scheduled. Very poor customer service. The only reason they get 2 stars is because WHEN I called they were nice over the phone.

Hands down best service in the east mountains! When it comes to maintaining my car, there is no where else I would trust more. This time and always they do a great job. I especially like that I get a video walk through of the condition of my car and it's parts, as well as the option to message them as they work on my car.

It was horrible. I had a $85 coupon for oil change which came to $115 because supposedly my oil was extra and wasn't covered by coupon. Then had to wait 1.5 hours because they didnt have oil thats wasnt covered under coupon. Never has my oil not been covered by $85 coupon.

The agent that I spoke with was very intelligent and seemed to know what he was talking about. He did not pressuring me and I appreciate that. I did not find the car that I am seeking at the price that I want to pay, so I am continuing to look and this agent promised to help me locate it. I almost got in a wreck after leaving the service center. My brakes failed, after using the emergency brake to stop the vehicle, I opened the hood and noticed my brake master cylinder reservoir had been opened and not closed properly. Also vacuum hose was left unconnected. The vacuum hose can almost be understandable, but why did they open the brake reservoir? I expect some degree of professionalism when having my vehicle serviced. I paid close to $900.00 for a serpintine belt and plugs. Because of the mechanics negligence, I could have been in a wreck. I will still use this service shop but they need to be more observant of what they are doing.
