I've been going to Tidewater Import Car Service since 2007. They have always taken great care with my car. They send me notices when I need to bring my car in for service and so I know my car is up to date on everything. This is the best service I have ever had since owning a car! I liked, as always, the cozy maintenance service received at Tidewater Imports. I waited in their comfortable waiting area, and had a conversation with an old friend, who had some maintenance work done on his old Pilot, while we had the same level service done on our 2010 CRV. It feels like home there.

They were able to get me in quickly for my oil change. They did a battery test and showed me the report indicating that it needed to be replaced (it was more than 5 years old, so it didn't surprise me). They were very transparent, friendly, and professional.
