It took over 2 hours for them to make a copy of our key. I checked with multiple other Toyota Dealer Service Departments in the area. All of them consistently said it would take 45-60 minutes to make an official copy of a master key for a 2020 Toyota Sienna.

Salesperson was incredibly polite. The finance individual was condescending and rude because I wouldn't accept a warranty with the same monthly payment ie, he would negotiate a lower interest rate to sell the product. Why not offer that initially FOR THE CUSTOMER. No winch control, chipped windshield, 2nd battery is dead (car stop/start) and rust throughout the frame and under the paint! Never again with this dealership.

When arrived, I was told to stay at vehicle. As others arrived, they were assisted and led inside to start service. I had to ask someone just be to helped inside. Service took just under 3 hrs which is very, very long when only there for an oil change & nothing more - what is the point of having an appt?

And that same thing happens every time when I bring my 4 Runner for the oil change they trying to rip me off $$$ on multiple Not Necessarily extra work by sending me the BS list what's needed to my car done .!!! Condescending patronizing service people!! Impossible to completely explain the issues. Condescending questions posed to me: when you said your radio is not working, did you make sure the radio was turned on?!!!! Another question: when you say the back up gear sometimes gets stuck, are you sure your car is on?!!!!!

My car was done earlier than promised which was appreciated. And the mechanic seemed to be very thorough with the report I received. My only issue is that the Service Advisor seemed less than enthused about complimentary service and another possible issue that I had with the car. Maybe it's a loss to them I don't know, but if that's the case Toyota should handle that, or not promise complimentary services.

What a well oiled machine from top to bottom!!! Meaning the service department. Excellent system of getting cars in, a really spacious and comfy lounge to wait, with treats and coffee and water, and text updates about progress of work. Also a courtesy van for up to 10 miles.
