Didn't had appointment but they did the services for oil change. Wait period was normal. The car was immediately check in to do oil charge. They put air on the tire however they didn't informed me that the tire had a nail tool that was the cause of the low air on tire. I had took it to another shop for they can do a patch on tire.

Just an oil change, they did forget to reset oil life and the little sticker in the window didn't get replaced. Oh there was some confusion in service center and I didn't get a phone call, I called to check in and was told it was ready but when I got there I was told it was not. But it actually was done.
Hopefully oil change was done!
