Customer service could have been better. I was vacationing in California from Texas. Although, I had an appointment the person who received my vehicle was not too nice. Didn't bother to do my tire rotation. He just said it was a 2.5 hrs of wait if I wanted to wait he'd take my truck in. I said, "yes, I made an appointment" and he just repeated himself about the wait time.

We took one of our Isuzu trucks to be serviced for a check engine light, $5,500 dollars later where they assured me the issues was fixed, it was not. Then they tried to charge me another $6000 for what they said was the issue the second time. So every time they guess what the issue is you will be charged thousands of dollars.
