I had a bit of fender bender that affected the rear bumper and the rear quarter panel on my truck. I took it to the Throrougbred Nissan body shop and they did an absolutely amazing job on my truck. First, everything was fixed perfectly, they kept me in the loop at each phase of the repair, and when it was time to pick it up, it was actually ahead of schedule. When I got the body shop they went over line by line each item repaired, asked me if I had any questions and then we went outside and we did a walk through of the truck. Will and his team are absolute Rock Stars and they have made a customer for life.

They couldn't open the hood to do the service on my vehicle and claimed that it probably was because of an accident since the vehicle has old scratches on the side. We did not have any accidents while operating that vehicle and the only place that I take it to get serviced is Thoroughbred Nissan. Regardless of how the hood became stuck, I don't understand how an authorized dealership could not find a way to open it. Where am I supposed to take it?
