I made an appointment for 9am. However, two other cars were serviced before mine. I was there 3 hours by the time my car was done.
The next time I drove my car, it started to smoke heavily. I took my car back to be told the air or oil filter was bent, or so they think. My car now has a plastic smell when driven. This is just another issue tacked on to previous issues I've had at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Unfortunately the hood wasn't latched. My wife had to stop on Rte 77 to close the hood.
Fuel filter was leaking. I tightened it at home. My wife thought it was the air conditioning unit. I can't believe that nobody saw this leak and identified it as the fuel filter leaking.

I had a leaking tire and they were able to fix it same day and for an extremely reasonable price. Sherry was great to have help me because she made me feel comfortable and gave me many options with what kind of replacement tire I needed. Once I need to buy new tires again I will IMMEDIATELY be going back to them!

I went in to redeem the free oil change certificate I received when I bought 4 new tires. They took my vehicle in almost immediately. I like the fact that I did not have to make an appointment. I will be back soon when it is time for my state inspection. I would definitely recommend Thompson Tire Discounters.

I was intentionally overcharged for an oil change until I questioned it. Then she had to refund the excess charge. I was also told my back tires were chopping and I needed rear shocks. LIES! I took it to a mechanic. This place is as crooked as a dog's hind leg!
