They are so busy that they cannot schedule you for two weeks. They took my car on the condition that they could have it for three days and would squeze it in. Then after three days she said they would need to keep it for three more. I complained and stated that I did not have another car and that I am stranded here without a car. They fixed it that afternoon and I had it that day. But for me it was a hassel.

Had taken my vehicle to get serviced about a month ago due to engine failure and got charged about 1000 dollars. About 2 weeks ago my vehicle had the same symtoms. It took 2 full weeks for them to "fix" the problem. They said they didnt know the actual reason why the vehicle had engine problems but fixed thr air sensor and to take it back if the vehicle expirences the same engine failure. Got charged another 500 dollars.

I took a Chrysler but I was told that Thompson Chevrolet didn't work on that brand so I talked to the General Manager Jimmy Ortiz n he told me not wo worry n they took my car n fixed ...I took it there becouse it was overheating n couldn't take far....Thanks Jimmy really appreciate it

I had called to make an appointment and the girl was very nice and scheduled me for the next morning at 8 am. But when I arrived they couldn't find me name on the list. They acted like they would not take me. After some confusion they decided to fit me in as it was just to look at the battery. They ended up replacing the battery and the car was there two hours. I just wish that they could have been a little more accomadating with the appointment. It wasn't my error. No one appoligized for the inconvience.
