Saw a few cars during my visit and decided on a used 330i X-Drive. I felt more comfortable as the used 330 is very similar to my 430. Dealership is solid and trustworthy. Service technicians are highly skilled and I will continue to drive 90 minutes to have my cars serviced at Thompson.

They returned the car with a check engine light on that wasnt when it came in for service, the car had oil still on the rear gate (it was in to see why) and it looks like they scratched the paint in the tail pipe housing.l when they hooked it up since they said the CEL would be emissions related. They had to give me a second loaner because they needed to keep the car so I wasted 35 minutes there and 35 back.

I bought my first car from the Thompson Organization in 1993, and have had at least one Thompson vehicle in the driveway for most of the ensuing years. Have always had the cars serviced there, and lifetime inspections for all cars, even if not purchased through Thompson, or one of their brands has been great. Staff and service top-notch.

Disappointing! Had a Thompson coupon for oil service, but was charged a higher price even after I questioned the price. Later, I was given a credit when I sent an email to the Service Manger (who apologized for not honoring the price on the coupon!).

Service performed was good. But communication between dealer and myself was very poor. Unreturned phone calls, broken promises, waiting and waiting for car to be given to me after service was complete. Not what you'd expect from paying top dollar for service from a bmw dealer.
