Exceeded every expectation. Excellent value over local VW dealership, doing all the work needed for less than half the quote I received at the dealership! Customer service was excellent, too. Great staff, rides to work, you name it. Car running better than it has in years.

Communication could have been a bit better though I could see they were very busy. Part did not come in on time for my appointment, which is not their fault,but could have been communicated sooner. Overall though a good experience and I'm satisfied with the quality of service.

Quick service and attention to detail was stellar. Informed me that I needed new tires as mine were 9 years old and were more plastic than rubber. Getting them replaced asap. The shop pups were a nice distraction. Obie is the nicest dog and Frankie is a cutie.

Once again I have nothing derogatory to say about this group of people and their excellent service. They are a must if you drive any European vehicle, and maybe any other makes as well. Their dog is pretty awesome too! He may be a little older but still loves his ball and will wait patiently for you to throw it for him.
