I thought the service was fine.I do have a problem with the right rear strut that they will address next visit. I had 2024 sorento that had both rear struts replaced twice and still not fixed. unfortunately that car was totaled in accident, now the 2025 is doing the same thing. Kia has a problem with the rear struts failing. I have heard other complaints as well.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone there or get a return call. Tried for 4 days before I had to drive all the way there fornthe answer. Quoted me one process for tires and then was going to charge me more (until I sternly objected). Not the first time it happened

Overall the service was excellent. Thomas Kia was able to secure warranty replacement for some major components on my Telluride that would have cost me thousands of dollars. My car was within the warranty period but I appreciate all of their hard work and effort to provide me with excellent service and a loaner car while the work was being completed. I highly recommend Thomas Kia!!

Still having problems with rear struts replaced right rear still bad going today 12/19/24 to get left strut replaced because tech says worn and leaking.Still have to resolv e right rear again. This will be trip #7 and 300 miles going back and forth trying to resolve strut problems. Not a service problem seems like a parts problem.Not Happy!!!!

The work was misquoted, labor was not included in the quote so the end cost was $180 more than expected. If you are going to provide a quote for the client to sign, the quote should accurately reflect the costs and if the scope changes (not what happened in my case) that should also be communicated appropriately.

Ordered Michelin tires. When they came in I scheduled an appointment for install. Dropped car off night before. Picked up before closing next day. They tried to bill me for tires I paid for, and they did not put the tires I bought from them on the car. Installed some lower class off brand tires.

You are greeted to the entrance of the building at times based on the specialists at the desk. Definitely, once you are in the office. You are kept informed by text as to the length of time and their availability to you the customer. No excessive waiting. All in all , a very good experience.

It was awful, they told me I had a leak for my air, told me it was in one spot, possibly could be in another. Took it elsewhere and the leak was not even in the place they said it was. I was quoted 1700.00 to "fix" the problem but that might not be the problem. They then quoted my dad 1400.00 how does it drop 300$ from speaking to me a female, to speaking to a male?!
