car has mechanical problems not disclosed and they said they had their mechanic check out the car before it was shipped out.it was delivered at 10 PM and by 7 AM [9 hours and 30 miles after it was in my possession i let them know] i now have a bill of 2,000 and climbing at the closest BMW dealership trying to fix it and they [Sharpest rides] says its there problem

Cancelled test-drive. Too many different people involved in just trying to set up. One even stated that one person did not even work at the dealer; after receiving multiple e-mails and text messages from this 'ghost' person. Did not feel comfortable in moving forward with this dealer.

The salesman I spoke to before going to the dealership kept his word on my asking price. There were no last minute issues or hidden fees. Above all the car salesman Mario was just a really decent and personable guy that made my car by experience a great one! Salesman said was going to call back, didn't have time to meet that day, didn't call back until the next day, at which time we did not have time to meet. I sure would think that someone else might work at this dealership given its size, and even though he might have to share his commission, that would have been better than no commission, which is what he got from us.

The dealer step I did talk to favor OK I think they inflate the prices on their automobiles quite a bit which I do not understand understand that they want to make more profit but put nitrogen in tires and in charge customers for $45o for their I think that's teacher in the line of being dishonest understand profit but $450 for nitrogen in 4 tires on it that a lot of dishonesty their price gouging but it is what it is

Although they we polite I felt the amount they said it would cost to make the repairs was way out of line. Front brakes and electric mirror switch for $260? I had the brakes done with premium pads for $155 and put the switch in myself for $14 for the part. Took me only 15 minutes to do that.

I have to say that I thought car fax would make used car salesman honest big mistake, I am not rich and it took me a lil more than 8 months to save 4000 dollars after all the greedy company's who we all pay bills to take most of my money . I picked out 6 different vehicles that were in my 4000 range from different lots and each one I went to after calling and they said they had on the lot. When I get to the lots 5 of the 6 car salesman tell me oh we sold that car. But we have this one for 5 or this on a payment. And here I am and guess what the car still on everyone of there pages. I get it ...ok ...you get a commission for over 5000 dollar purchase and a payment plan but you could just say that instead of baiting me to come to your lot and being a dishonest piece of ish. It's freaking false advertisement if u ask me. I honestly should sue all the lots for wasting my time . But I'm in the poor class who has money for lawyer when I couldn't afford a 5000 dollar car.i would advise the whole planet to not use banks for car loans and save ur money up for buying a car without a payment. Sick of this world we have made. I bet this car is still on there web page
