Accomadating, flexible, reliable estimates for repairs. Always do safety check and let me know when things like brakes, tires etc. will need replacement ahead of time so I can plan for the expense and they can pre-order parts so wait time is minimized.

When I booked my appointment, I was told that my car was due for the 65,000 maintenance. At time of service every thing was explained to me including cost. No surprises. Plus they were friendly. I experienced this on my last visit and that is why I came back.

Brian and his staff are the most courteous and caring staff. They fully check the vehicle with oil changes-inform you of problems and repair cost. They schedule repairs per your needs and are not pushy for work. Quiet Zone has been my only repair shop for many years and I dont foresee changing.

I love going to this shop for my car services. Everyone is genuinely interested in helping me. If I need a ride to and from my daughters house they do it with a smile. All the people who work there are professional and make sure that they explain everything that needs to get done.

The service manager always gives me an estimate for the work that needs to be done. Everyone in the shop are accommodating. Always professional and friendly. They drive me to where I need to go and pick me up to collect my car at the end of the day. Their customer service is fantastic!! I wouldnt go anywhere else to have work done on my car!!
