My Service Advisor very helpful & keeps me informed of any issues with my vehicle and other staff persons amicable and professional. Dislike policy of paying 3% for credit card usage. Perhaps coming up with a way to reimburse the customer's surcharge if cash is submitted 2-3 days after using credit card once total charges are known.

Took too long because your rep was too busy to inform me that my car was finished.car sat outside the door for more than 45 minutes and I had to approach him about it. He didn't even acknowledge my service but left it up to the checkout girl at the desk. Worst service in over forty years.

They overcharged for spark plugs. We paid $808 for them to change our spark plugs. No other service was performed. When my husband questioned them they said that was the price and offered him a free oil change on the next visit. I spoke to several mechanics in my neighborhood and they said we were robbed. I would NEVER go back to this service station again.
