Very straight forward and communication is great. Pricing is a smidge high on labor in my opinion, but still considered very fair and I would pay this premium for the reliability that they provide.
Jon was great to work with and would come back again for any repairs and professional advise needed on fixes.
Also love that they keep carfax updated and accurate for you just like a dealership!

The best shop for BMW repairs. Honest and expert. They will give you honest options for you to decide how you want to repair your car. They also maintain records on each car like the dealer so know what kind of service you will need at your next appointment. I've been to over half a dozen BMW shops over the years and this is the best one.
