Excellent service. Esteban did a wonderful job. Something like five different staff members came to my car to check on things. Music is always great and always a nice breeze in the working area. Friendly as always. One suggestion, if possible, offer some fruit (oranges, apples, bananas), maybe during the summer months. Also tends to make the hangry (not me, I am always happy there) people happy.

The team was superb and ease of the service was a nice surprise. I didn't even have to get out of my car! Even the manager, Ishmail, swing by my window to make sure the technicians were providing the best service -- and I was happy to report that they were! Techs were Andrew and Juan. Highly recommend The Lube Center!

The people that work here are just the best!! They are all literally so kind, helpful and professional. The service is quick and thorough, then bonus it's like I get to catch up with old friends. Yea, I'm just getting my oil changed most times, but seeing friendly faces while doing it makes it even better. Keep up the great work! And go Commanders ;)

While the center was very busy we were welcomed and kept updated regularly on our progress. The service was quick and efficient and we were also advised of additional services that may be useful for our vehicle. The entire team was great from start to finish. I liked how i could watch on a screen how my oil was being changed underneath my car. Esteban the tech explained everything to me, answered my questions and made some recommendations. He and others were very polite and professional. Also you get a free car wash as a complimentary gift on your 1st visit. I will recommend.

My previous visit, there seemed to be a miscommunication and/or glitch in the system that resulted in one technician recommending a service that my vehicle needed. A manager on duty cleared it up. But the distance between the shop and my home address makes it convenient for me.
